REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase.  Please examine your purchase immediately upon receipt. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, must be unworked and in resale condition. We do not accept returns on items serviced by GJ Tonewood unless we have made an error on the service.  After 14 days, we may charge you a 15% restocking fee for any return. All returns after 30 days are at GJ Tonewood’s  discretion.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please log into your account at www.gjtonewood.com, navigate to your orders, find the order with the item you want to return, select the item(s) and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have any questions regarding the RMA Return process, email customer service at [email protected] . You will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number once completing the online return process. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We highly recommend you insure the package for the amount covering the cost of the returned products. GJ Tonewood is NOT responsible for returns that get lost in shipping – We can not refund/exchange products that do not safely arrive back at GJ Tonewood. GJ Tonewood will pay return shipping only in cases where the items are defective or incorrectly shipped items.  For these returns, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to affix to the package.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item, the tracking service mentioned above will prove receipt by us, to process you return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

We do not accept returns on items serviced by GJ Tonewood unless we have made an error on the service.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $300.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
